Payment Methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe:
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
For annual subscriptions, we can also arrange invoice payment for teams. Contact us to discuss.
Invoices & Receipts
Invoices are sent automatically to the workspace owner's email after each payment. All invoices include:
- VAT breakdown (where applicable)
- Our company details for your records
- A unique invoice number
Need a past invoice? Email support with your workspace name.
VAT
VAT is charged at 20% for UK customers. EU customers with a valid VAT number can request VAT exemption by providing their VAT ID before payment.
Upgrading to Pro
- Go to Workspace Settings in the Hub
- Click "Upgrade to Pro"
- Enter payment details
- Pro features unlock immediately
When upgrading mid-cycle, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing period.
Downgrading to Lite
To downgrade from Pro to Lite:
- Email support with your workspace name
- We'll schedule the downgrade for your next billing date
- You keep Pro access until then
Note: Downgrading removes team member access (Lite supports 1 user only). Ensure you've exported any shared work first.
Cancellation
To cancel your subscription:
- Email support with your workspace name
- We'll confirm cancellation and your final billing date
- You keep access until the end of your paid period
- Your data remains available for 30 days after cancellation
Refunds
We offer a full refund within 14 days of your first payment if Brand Threader isn't right for you. After that, we don't offer partial refunds for unused time, but you keep access until your billing period ends.
