How to Export
From Any Tool
- Complete the tool (generate outputs)
- Click the Export button in the action bar
- Choose your format (PowerPoint, Word, or Copy)
- For PowerPoint/Word: the file downloads automatically
- For Copy: paste into your destination
PowerPoint Export (PPTX)
The Spark and The Creative Forge export directly to PowerPoint:
- Complete the tool (generate concepts or territories)
- Click Export in the action bar
- Click Export PPTX
- The PowerPoint file downloads automatically
- Open in PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides
What's in the PPTX Export
The Spark:
- Title slide with brand, territory, and brief summary
- One slide per concept (3 total)
- Hook, Spark, Synopsis prominently displayed
- Visual Treatment, Audio Direction, Format Fit, Production Notes
- Scene breakdown and Midjourney prompts in speaker notes
- Clean white design with professional typography
The Creative Forge:
- Title slide with brand and category
- Context slide (tension and insight, if included)
- One slide per territory (up to 5 total)
- Territory name, definition, why it works
- Cultural tension and rationale in speaker notes
- Professional, pitch-ready layout
Design Note: PPTX exports use clean white backgrounds with dark text for maximum readability and print quality. Slides are designed to be edited and customized in PowerPoint.
Exporting the Golden Thread
After completing the Pitch Flow, you can export your full Golden Thread:
- Go to The Strategist or The Forge
- Click Export
- Select Full Pitch Brief or Golden Thread Summary
- The export includes outputs from all upstream tools
Exporting to PDF
Use your browser's print function:
- Press Ctrl+P (Windows) or Cmd+P (Mac)
- Select "Save as PDF" as the destination
- Adjust settings as needed
- Click Save

Copy to Clipboard
- Plain text of the selected outputs
- No formatting (paste and style as needed)
- Quick way to get content into other tools
Sharing with Clients
Threader outputs are genuinely pitch-ready:
- PowerPoint exports can be used directly in client presentations
- Word exports provide detailed documentation
- Forced outputs work as slide headlines
- Professional formatting throughout all export types
- Edit and refine before presenting (these are strategic starting points, not final copy)
Pitch-Ready: The PPTX exports are designed to drop directly into client presentations. The clean design and professional typography mean less time formatting, more time refining strategy.
Sharing with Team Members
Within a Pro workspace, all team members can see all projects. No need to export to share internally.
For external collaborators:
- Export to Word and share via email or your usual file sharing
- Add them to your workspace (Pro only) for live access
Export Limitations
- No public sharing links: Exports are files, not live links
- Images not included: AI-generated image prompts export as text; generate images separately
Saving Your Library
Each tool has a project library. To back up your library:
- Open the Library panel (📁 icon)
- Click Export Library
- Save the JSON file as a backup
You can import this file later to restore projects.
